RESOURCES
team exercises
Non-teammates can be a resource too
This works well if you are at a Division meeting and out in nature:
Men are told they have 5 minutes to find
something that represents one of their
strengths as a man (could be a rock, a stick, etc)
The men circle up with their item
The man leading the ceremony steps in to
the center of the circle with his item and
says what it is (example: "This rock
represents my steadfast commitment to
accomplish what I say I will do.") and leaves
it in the circle
Another man steps in and says, "I could use
that (strength) and I offer the circle this
(item) which represents my (strength)."
Every man in the circle finds a strength they
need and offers one that they have. Every
man participates.
The lesson is that the strength another man has
could help you! So don't just
look to the men on your team for what you
need!
