What Does Commitment Mean to Me?
RE-THINKING THE SCARIEST 10 LETTER WORD: COMMITMENT
Why is it that some seemingly successful entrepreneurs feel completely fulfilled and fruitful while others, no matter the measure of success, feel like complete failures? In this talk Jantsch reveals a surprising discovery that offers clues to why this condition exists and suggests the foundation for a more potent entrepreneur success model.

AN INTERVIEW WITH NEW VALLEY D.C.
ABE MOORE
How did it feel that night surrounded by MEN when they chose you to lead?
There were many feelings that came up for me that night, there is no doubt this is the biggest gift the men have given me thus far. There was a sense of pride and gratitude to take leadership responsibility and ownership for the future of mens teams in the valley, joy for having gone through the process and to be the last man standing. Happy to hear the many words of encouragement from so many men that believe in my leadership and that committed their support for me right there. It felt great that my son was there to experience that moment as a man on a mens team and as my son, for him to see me stand up and commit to taking on the biggest job of my time with the men.
What do you think you're paycheck will be from this leadership experience?
What I have learned is my answers to this question in the past for other jobs I have taken on haven't been close to the paychecks I received from owning those jobs in the end. The biggest paycheck I want from this experience and believe is possible is clarity on what I really want my journey to look like for the next 10-15 years hopefully leading up to a wonderful retirement with my wife. Some other paychecks I hope to receive are ability to successfully lead a large number of men at a high level, completing successfully as division coordinator and getting the respect and recognition from the men and seeing the results of having trusted my gut.
What do you want the MEN of the Valley and Full Monty to know about you in Leadership?
I am very judgmental I believe more than most of both myself and other men which causes me to be critical and even hurtful towards other men at times, having said that I sincerely care about mens lives. I consistently take responsibility and ownership of my words and actions, I trust myself and will fight for what I believe in. I instinctively go to the cave where I can hide out, I will do it on my own because I am a task master, asking for help is a learning process for me, I have a low tolerance for bullshit. I believe in mens circles because it has made the quality of my life worth putting in the work and I believe mens circles has the potential to make all mens lives the best they can be.
What do you want from MEN while you are leading?
I want men to speak the truth about themselves and about other men in a mature masculine way so that men get input from many men on how we are are being in our lives. I want men to create safe spaces for other men, I want trust and confidentiality to be priority number one, I want men to honor each others time by being clear on the support we need from each other, I want men to own and invest in their lives by making commitments and taking actions to have the lives we want. I want men to stay present to the reality of how precious life is and how fortunate we are every day that we are given the gift of life, I want men to fight for something better for themselves and their families. I want men to have fun and enjoy the journey.

Warrior Kings---Rutherford:
"I get to be weighed and measured without judgment by adult men against what's in my head versus the reality around me. I have a safe place to be given the dignity of self-discovery. I get to be in love with my wife and children in meaningful ways. I am given ways to bring value to the world around me."

O.D.B---STAUDER:
What I consistently get from my men's team is two-fold:
1) A context check-up when I am struggling in a particular area of my life that I feel is important and not going well...
2) A reality check when I am believing my own bullshit.

"What being on a MENS' team means to me"
My circle of Men is the place where I define myself as a man among men, and a man in the world. My Men's Team keeps me aware that I have ultimate say over who I am and how I want to show up when I face life head-on. They remind me that it is always my choice, and that the one thing a warrior has control over is where he chooses to focus his attention. What truly defines my power is how aware I am of my choices in difficult situations. My Team supports that man until I become him.
