Presidential epic rap battle
Wouldn't it be cool if elections were held like this?

the testosterone project
lesson #2:
the benefits of optimal testosterone
Testosterone may fight depression. If you’ve been battling the black dog of depression, it may be because of low testosterone levels. Researchers have found that men suffering from depression typically have deficient testosterone levels. While scientists haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s low testosterone that causes depression or if depression causes low T levels, preliminary research has shown that some men suffering depression report improvement in mood and other factors of depression after undergoing doctor-directed testosterone treatments. click here to go to article >> |
intro to leadership training
This is the new incarnation of what used to be Basic Leadership Training (BLT).
Any member who has not completed BLT will find this to be an excellent
introduction to many of the essential concepts and tools of MDI.
This is also a great way to introduce men who are not members to MDI.

forming a new mens team
a letter from gerry seli
Men,
Gerry Seli here from the Brothers & Kings men's team. The following email outlines the potential formation of a new men's team in Full Monty. Based on scheduling conflicts resulting from my various work and family commitments, it has been extremely difficult for me to consistently attend my weekly Tuesday night team meetings. I often miss meetings, and when I do attend, I am usually late mainly due to family responsibilities in the evening. My inconsistent attendance does not work for me personally and is disruptive to the continuity of Brothers and Kings team meetings. Given my personal difficulties with attending team meetings on week nights, I am exploring the formation of a new men's team that would meet on Sunday morning, 6:00am to 8:30am, in the West LA area. This team would be a full-standing men's team in Full Monty with committed members who meet on a weekly basis, not an optional / make-up team meeting for men who are unable to attend their regular team meetings during the week. If you are in a similar situation, or know men who left Full Monty for personal scheduling conflicts, and would like to explore this idea further, please email me at [email protected] and we will set up a time speak personally. Thank you for your consideration and support. Respectfully, Gerry Seli |

31 characteristics of leadership
andrew carnegie's guide to great leadership

Napolean Hill, author of "Think and Grow Rich" considered the turning point in his life to have occurred in the year 1908 with his assignment, as part of a series of articles about famous and successful men, to interview the industrialist Andrew Carnegie. At the time, Carnegie was one of the most powerful men in the world. Hill discovered that Carnegie believed that the process of success could be outlined in a simple formula that anyone would be able to understand and achieve.
Andrew Carnegie breaks down these 31 qualities that in his words "are capable of development and application by any person of average intelligence."
